Bring values into everyday behaviour.

Values can be easy to repeat and harder to put into practice. This workbook needed to connect the language of the brand to observable behaviours, with a way for individuals to reflect on where they are and what to work on.

The introduction flows into the first assessment: original pages 2–3.Select a page to enlarge

Make reflection practical.

Make it a working document. Each value becomes a set of statements scored from one to four, followed by room for notes. A shared summary brings the individual sections together and creates a route from reflection to action.

From individual behaviours to a personal action plan, pages 8–9. Blank forms only.Select a page to enlarge

A workbook people can use.

The 12-page workbook covers Real, Accessible, Trusted, Agile, Committed and Responsible. A consistent table layout keeps the scoring simple across all six sections. Totals feed into a summary page, with dedicated space for areas to work on and active steps for improvement.

The final pages reinforce what a great team player looks like and leave space for further notes. Strong typography and restrained orange accents keep a practical document recognisably Xpert.

What went into it.

  1. 01

    Behaviour-led content structure

Connected each of the six values to concrete statements that can support self-assessment.

  2. 02

    A repeatable scoring system

Designed a one-to-four response scale, section totals and a clear summary of the six values.

  3. 03

    From reflection to action

Included notes, development areas and practical next steps so the workbook leads somewhere useful.

  4. 04

    A coherent print experience

Applied the brand to a 12-page document while preserving writing space and legibility.
